Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy – Zam Zam Signature Collection
At Zam Zam Signature Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please review the following policies carefully.

Orders Delayed
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either by offering a refund or resending the order, depending on the circumstances. -
Orders Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. If we determine that the order was not delivered, we will offer either a refund or resend the item. -
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo or video of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on the extent of the damage. -
Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive the wrong product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by either sending the correct product or issuing a refund for the missing or incorrect item. -
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.

Service Products
Customized or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. -
Unacceptable Disputes
Disputes related to reasons outside of product quality, shipping errors, or other valid grounds will not be accepted.
